Some purchases require you to download and complete a form, such as a Purchase Requisition. We have provided these resources here.
Tax Exemption Forms
Moody is exempt from paying sales tax in many of the states in which we do business. In order to avoid paying unnecessary sales tax when you make a purchase, you may need to present an official Tax Exemption Certificate to the vendor. These are maintained by Moody’s Tax Department and are available here.
Consumer Reports is an independent, nonprofit organization that works to provide evidence based product testing, research, and ratings on a wide range of consumer products. Procurement Services maintains a digital subscription to Consumer Reports which gives Moody access to current and past issues of Consumer Reports, reviews and ratings of tested products, and buying guides to find the best products and services. Buyers can tap into this resource by emailing Steve Richardson in Procurement Services and requesting a temporary password to the Consumer Reports website for information about a particular product or service.
