When furniture or room furnishings are needed, buyers should contact Caleb Brewster in the Facilities Department and discuss their plans.  The Facilities department will assess whether there are special facility considerations and also determine whether there are any products available before purchasing. 

Once the Facilities Department has completed its assessment and a purchase is needed, buyers should then contact Procurement Services for assistance in obtaining quotes from Preferred Vendors.  Be sure to mention that facilities completed an assessment and relate any special considerations that came up that could influence what needs to be purchased.
