Procurement Services is the solution for the constant flow of administrative tasks resulting from purchase requisitions, purchase and contract commitments, and credit card and vendor programs. We actively support all departments in implementing and overseeing formal bid processes and provide direction in best-practice purchasing methods.
Procurement Services is able to maximize spend through membership and participation in many procurement cooperative organizations and contractual vendor agreements specific to our educational environment. Purchasing consortiums such as E&I, HPS and US Communities are just a few examples of the many strategic sources to which we have access.
